Everyday Arcade Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 20, 2026
Website: https://arcadeeveryday.com
App Name: Everyday Arcade
Developer: Alex Ressa

Everyday Arcade respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected when you:

  • Use the Everyday Arcade mobile application on iOS or Android

  • Use the Everyday Arcade desktop application on macOS

  • Visit our website

  • Contact us or otherwise interact with our services

This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of Everyday Arcade that link to or reference it.

1. Overview

Everyday Arcade is a game application that allows users to play a different daily minigame or puzzle, maintain a daily streak, track progress, receive notifications, and optionally purchase streak-related items, premium features, subscriptions, or other digital content.

Everyday Arcade is available or may be made available on:

  • iOS

  • Android

  • macOS

The iOS and Android versions may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

The macOS version does not display advertisements and does not use Google AdMob. However, the macOS version uses Firebase for analytics, diagnostics, app performance, and related technical services as described in this Privacy Policy.

Except for advertising-related features, the macOS version generally provides the same core gameplay, streak, purchase, subscription, notification, premium-feature, and support functionality as the iOS version.

Everyday Arcade is designed to collect as little directly identifying personal information as reasonably possible. You are not required to create an account to play.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

Everyday Arcade does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or other directly identifying information to play.

If you voluntarily contact us by email, through our website, or through another support channel, we may collect:

  • Your name, if provided

  • Your email address

  • The contents of your message

  • Information you choose to include in your support request

  • Information reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to your request

We use this information to respond to you, provide support, troubleshoot problems, maintain appropriate records, and protect the app and its users.

Game Progress and App Activity

Everyday Arcade may collect or store gameplay-related information on iOS, Android, and macOS, including:

  • Current daily streak

  • Best streak

  • Completed daily challenges

  • Streak saves owned or used

  • Game skips or replay items owned or used

  • Game results and scores

  • Puzzle completion status

  • Achievement or statistics information

  • App settings and preferences

  • Premium feature status

  • Subscription status

  • Purchase entitlement status

  • Notification preferences

Some or all of this information may be stored locally on your device or computer.

If account creation, cloud synchronization, online leaderboards, cross-device progress, or similar features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate to describe any additional information collected through those features.

### In-App Purchases and Subscription Information

Everyday Arcade offers optional in-app purchases on supported Apple platforms. These purchases include consumable gameplay items, permanent feature unlocks, auto-renewable Monthly and Yearly Arcade Pass subscriptions, and a non-consumable Lifetime Arcade Pass.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or Mac App Store. Everyday Arcade does not directly collect, process, or store your payment card number, bank account information, Apple Account password, or complete billing details.

Apple and StoreKit may provide Everyday Arcade with limited purchase and entitlement information, such as the product identifier, transaction identifier, original transaction identifier, purchase date, subscription expiration date, renewal or cancellation status, refund or revocation status, and whether a purchase is currently entitled. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to display localized products and prices, complete and verify purchases, deliver purchased items or benefits, restore eligible purchases, maintain consumable balances, prevent duplicate delivery and fraud, troubleshoot purchase problems, and comply with applicable app-store and legal requirements.

Apple processes payment information and maintains App Store purchase history under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. For more information, review Apple’s App Store & Privacy notice at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/app-store/.

Device, Usage, and Diagnostics Information

Everyday Arcade uses Firebase services provided by Google on iOS, Android, and macOS.

Depending on your device, computer, platform, app version, location, privacy choices, and the Firebase services enabled, Firebase may automatically collect or process technical, usage, and diagnostic information when you use the app.

This information may include:

  • Device or computer type

  • Device or computer model

  • Operating system and version

  • App version

  • App identifier

  • Device language

  • Country or general region

  • Internet Protocol address

  • Approximate geographic location derived from an IP address

  • Network and connection information

  • Firebase installation identifiers

  • App-instance identifiers

  • App-scoped device or installation identifiers

  • App launches and sessions

  • Screen views

  • Button clicks or taps

  • Game interactions

  • Feature usage

  • Daily-game completion events

  • Streak-related events

  • Purchase or subscription events

  • Notification interactions

  • Crash reports

  • Crash stack traces

  • Error messages

  • Diagnostic information

  • App startup time

  • Responsiveness

  • Hang rate

  • Network performance

  • Energy usage or similar performance information

This information may be used to operate and improve Everyday Arcade, understand how the app is used, diagnose crashes and technical problems, evaluate app performance, measure feature usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the reliability and security of the app.

Advertising Information

Advertising information is collected only through versions of Everyday Arcade that use Google AdMob.

The iOS and Android versions may use Google AdMob and may collect or process advertising-related information, including:

  • Device or advertising identifiers

  • Android advertising identifiers

  • Apple advertising identifiers, when available and permitted

  • Advertisements displayed or viewed

  • Ad clicks

  • Rewarded-ad completions

  • Video views

  • Other advertising interactions

  • Advertising performance information

  • Advertising attribution information

  • Fraud-prevention information

  • Approximate location derived from an IP address

The macOS version does not use Google AdMob, does not display third-party advertisements, and does not collect advertising interaction information through AdMob.

Firebase analytics and diagnostics may still operate in the macOS version as described in this Privacy Policy.

The availability of advertising identifiers and certain other information may be limited by your device settings, consent choices, applicable law, or platform privacy requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and operate Everyday Arcade

  • Track daily game completion and streak progress

  • Save game settings, preferences, and progress

  • Deliver purchased items, subscriptions, and premium features

  • Restore eligible purchases

  • Verify purchase and subscription entitlements

  • Display and measure advertisements in the iOS and Android versions

  • Understand how users interact with games and features

  • Improve gameplay, puzzles, performance, and user experience

  • Test and evaluate app updates

  • Diagnose and fix bugs, crashes, errors, and performance problems

  • Send permitted gameplay or streak notifications

  • Respond to support and privacy requests

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, invalid advertising traffic, and security threats

  • Maintain the reliability and security of the app

  • Comply with legal, platform, accounting, tax, and app store requirements

We do not use AdMob to display advertisements in the macOS version.

4. In-App Purchases and Arcade Passes

Everyday Arcade may offer optional consumable purchases, permanent feature unlocks, cosmetic content, and Arcade Pass access on supported Apple platforms. Product availability and benefits may differ by platform. The localized price and purchase terms shown by Apple at the time of purchase control.

### Consumable Purchases

Consumable products may include Streak Saves, Replay Yesterday credits, and Game Skip credits. Consumable products are delivered after StoreKit verifies the transaction. They may be used once or a limited number of times and generally cannot be restored after they have been consumed, subject to Apple’s rules.

### Permanent Unlocks

Non-consumable products may include the Stats Dashboard, Cosmetic Theme Pack, Remove Ads, and Lifetime Arcade Pass. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored through Apple’s StoreKit services. Remove Ads applies only to an Apple version of Everyday Arcade that displays advertisements; the macOS version does not display third-party advertisements.

### Arcade Pass Options

Everyday Arcade offers three Arcade Pass choices on supported Apple platforms:

– **Monthly Arcade Pass:** an auto-renewable subscription that renews each month unless canceled.
– **Yearly Arcade Pass:** an auto-renewable subscription that renews each year unless canceled.
– **Lifetime Arcade Pass:** a one-time, non-consumable purchase that does not automatically renew.

Arcade Pass benefits are described in the app before purchase. Current benefits may include removal of advertisements in the ad-supported Apple app, access to the Stats Dashboard and Neon Nights theme, and unlimited game skips and yesterday replays. The macOS app does not display third-party advertisements, so ad removal does not provide an additional Mac benefit.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase. Monthly and Yearly Arcade Pass subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Apple may charge the renewal to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can view, change, or cancel an auto-renewable subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. The Lifetime Arcade Pass is not a subscription and does not renew.

Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes. If Apple refunds, revokes, expires, or otherwise invalidates a transaction, Everyday Arcade may remove the corresponding item, feature, or entitlement after StoreKit reports the updated status.

Everyday Arcade uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to activate benefits and restore eligible purchases. Purchase access may require the Apple Account used for the original transaction and remains subject to Apple’s App Store rules, account status, platform availability, and technical limitations. Purchases are not promised to transfer to a non-Apple platform unless Everyday Arcade expressly states that cross-platform access is supported.

5. Advertising and Google AdMob

Everyday Arcade currently uses Google AdMob to display advertisements in its iOS and Android versions.

The macOS version does not use Google AdMob and does not display third-party advertisements.

Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and participating advertising technology providers may automatically collect, process, or receive information from the iOS and Android versions, including:

  • IP addresses, which may be used to estimate a device’s general location

  • Device identifiers

  • Installation identifiers

  • Advertising identifiers

  • App launches and other app interactions

  • Advertisements displayed or viewed

  • Ad clicks

  • Rewarded-ad completions

  • Video views

  • Other advertising interactions

  • Advertising performance information

  • Advertising attribution information

  • Crash logs and diagnostic data

  • Fraud-prevention and security information

  • Device information

  • Operating system information

  • App version information

  • Network information

Google and participating advertising technology providers may use this information to:

  • Select and deliver advertisements

  • Provide personalized advertisements

  • Provide non-personalized advertisements

  • Provide limited, contextual, or technical advertisements

  • Measure ad impressions, clicks, conversions, and advertising performance

  • Limit how frequently an advertisement is displayed

  • Provide aggregated reporting and analytics

  • Detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security threats

  • Maintain and improve advertising services

Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, advertising settings, and applicable law, the iOS and Android versions may display personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Personalized advertisements may be selected using information such as:

  • Previous activity

  • Inferred interests

  • Advertising interactions

  • Approximate location

  • Information associated with an advertising identifier

Non-personalized, limited, contextual, or technical advertisements are not selected using a profile of your previous activity in the same manner.

However, Google and its partners may still process limited information for purposes such as:

  • Contextual ad selection

  • Frequency capping

  • Aggregated reporting

  • Basic ad delivery

  • Security

  • Fraud prevention

Where required, Everyday Arcade may display a consent or privacy-choice message before advertisements are requested or certain information is processed.

Available privacy choices may also be accessible from within the app.

iOS Tracking Choices

On supported Apple mobile devices, Everyday Arcade follows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements when permission is required to access the Apple advertising identifier or track activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.

You may allow or deny tracking through Apple’s permission prompt. You may also change your selection through your device’s privacy settings.

Denying tracking does not necessarily prevent advertisements from being displayed. It may limit personalized advertising, access to the Apple advertising identifier, and certain advertising measurement or attribution features.

This AdMob-related tracking disclosure applies to the iOS version and does not apply to the macOS version because AdMob is not used in the macOS version.

Android Advertising Choices

Android users may be able to reset or delete their advertising identifier, limit advertising personalization, or manage other advertising privacy settings through their device or Google settings.

The controls available to you depend on your device, operating system version, Google account settings, and geographic location.

macOS Advertising

The macOS version of Everyday Arcade:

  • Does not use Google AdMob

  • Does not display third-party advertisements

  • Does not collect advertisement views or clicks through AdMob

  • Does not use AdMob for personalized advertising

  • Does not use AdMob for advertising attribution or measurement

The macOS version may still use Firebase analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, Remote Config, and other enabled Firebase services as described in Section 6.

Remove Ads Purchase

Everyday Arcade may offer an optional Remove Ads purchase in versions that display advertisements.

When the purchase is successfully completed, verified, and recognized by the app, the Remove Ads feature is intended to prevent advertisements from being displayed within the applicable version of Everyday Arcade.

Removing advertisements does not necessarily disable:

  • Firebase analytics

  • Crash reporting

  • Performance monitoring

  • Purchase verification

  • Fraud prevention

  • Security functions

  • Other technical services used to operate and improve the app

Removing advertisements also does not necessarily delete information previously collected or retained by Google or another service provider.

The macOS version does not require an ad-removal purchase because it does not display advertisements.

6. Firebase Analytics, Diagnostics, and Performance Services

Everyday Arcade currently uses Firebase services provided by Google on iOS, Android, and macOS.

These services include Google Analytics for Firebase.

Depending on the platform, app version, and Firebase features enabled, Everyday Arcade may also use:

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Firebase Performance Monitoring

  • Firebase Remote Config

  • Firebase Installations

  • Other Firebase services used to operate, diagnose, configure, or improve the app

Firebase may collect or process information including:

  • Firebase installation identifiers

  • App-instance identifiers

  • App launches and sessions

  • Screen views

  • Gameplay events

  • Feature interactions

  • Daily-game completion events

  • Streak-related events

  • Purchase or subscription events

  • Device or computer model

  • Operating system

  • Device language

  • Country or general region

  • App version

  • General device, computer, and network information

  • Crash timestamps

  • Crash stack traces

  • Error messages

  • Diagnostic information

  • App startup time

  • Responsiveness

  • Network and app performance information

  • Approximate location derived from an IP address

  • Advertising and attribution information when Firebase is connected to AdMob in the iOS or Android versions

The macOS version may use Firebase to process analytics, diagnostics, crash, performance, installation, and configuration information.

The macOS version does not use Firebase information to display AdMob advertisements within the Mac app.

We may use information processed through Firebase to:

  • Understand how users interact with Everyday Arcade

  • Measure which games and features are used

  • Measure daily-game completion and streak activity

  • Improve gameplay and user experience

  • Diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems

  • Evaluate app updates and feature changes

  • Measure advertising and user-acquisition performance in versions that display advertisements

  • Detect fraud, abuse, security threats, or technical problems

  • Maintain the reliability and security of the app

  • Configure or test app features

Firebase-generated identifiers are not intended to directly identify you by name.

However, device identifiers, computer identifiers, installation identifiers, usage information, IP addresses, and similar information may be considered personal information or personal data under certain privacy laws.

Google processes information collected through Firebase according to its applicable terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-processing agreements.

Game Usage and Play-Time Analytics

Everyday Arcade uses Google Analytics for Firebase on iOS and macOS to understand which minigames are used and how long users actively play them. When a game session starts or ends, the app may send an analytics event containing the game identifier and name, game category, whether the session was a daily game, practice game, or replay, difficulty, app platform, active play duration, and session outcome. When available, the ending event may also include completion and win status, score, mistake count, and stars earned.

The active play duration is intended to measure time spent actively playing. Time while the app or game is paused or inactive is excluded by the app’s timer. These events do not include the contents of a puzzle answer, text typed during gameplay, the user’s optional profile name or email address, or payment-card information.

Google Analytics for Firebase may also automatically process an app-instance identifier and general app, session, device, operating-system, and approximate geographic information as described in Google’s documentation. Analytics events created while a device is offline may be stored temporarily on that device and sent after network service becomes available. We use this information to compare engagement across games and categories, understand completion and exit patterns, improve gameplay and reliability, and decide which games and features to maintain or improve.

Google processes Analytics information under Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices. More information is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://support.google.com/firebase/answer/6318039.

7. Children’s Privacy

Everyday Arcade is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without legally sufficient authorization or parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact us using the information provided in the Contact Us section.

8. How We Share Information

We may disclose or make limited information available to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, monetize, secure, or support Everyday Arcade.

These service providers may include:

  • Google AdMob for the iOS and Android versions

  • Participating advertising technology providers for the iOS and Android versions

  • Google Analytics for Firebase on iOS, Android, and macOS

  • Firebase Crashlytics, if enabled

  • Firebase Performance Monitoring, if enabled

  • Firebase Remote Config, if enabled

  • Other enabled Firebase services

  • Apple App Store

  • Mac App Store

  • Google Play

  • Purchase and subscription verification providers

  • Website hosting providers

  • Customer support providers, if used

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, configurations, security practices, and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

However, depending on the advertising configuration and applicable law, disclosing device identifiers, advertising information, or app activity to Google or advertising partners for personalized advertising in the iOS or Android versions may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under certain United States state privacy laws.

This advertising-related disclosure does not apply to the macOS version because the macOS version does not use AdMob or display third-party advertisements.

Where required, we provide applicable privacy choices through:

  • The app

  • A Google consent or privacy message

  • Apple or Android device settings

  • Google advertising settings

  • Another legally recognized method

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

  • Meet app store or platform requirements

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, invalid advertising traffic, or security threats

  • Investigate suspected violations

  • Protect our rights, property, users, or the public

  • Enforce applicable terms or policies

9. Data Retention

Gameplay progress, streak information, preferences, notification settings, and other locally stored app data may remain on your device or Mac until you:

  • Delete the app

  • Reset the app’s data

  • Delete applicable local files

  • Use an available in-app reset feature

Support emails and contact messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to your request

  • Resolve problems

  • Maintain appropriate records

  • Prevent abuse

  • Comply with legal obligations

Purchase-related records may be retained as reasonably necessary for:

  • Purchase and entitlement verification

  • Subscription management

  • Fraud prevention

  • Customer support

  • Tax and accounting obligations

  • App store compliance

  • Legal and recordkeeping requirements

Analytics, advertising, crash, diagnostic, installation, configuration, and performance information may be retained by us, Google, Apple, or another service provider for periods appropriate to:

  • Provide the applicable service

  • Generate reports

  • Investigate problems

  • Prevent fraud

  • Maintain security

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Improve the app

Retention periods may differ depending on:

  • The service

  • The platform

  • The type of information

  • Account configurations

  • Consent status

  • Legal requirements

  • Whether information has been aggregated or de-identified

Deleting Everyday Arcade from your iPhone, iPad, Android device, or Mac does not necessarily delete information previously collected and retained by Google, Apple, or another service provider under its own privacy policy and retention practices.

10. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your platform, location, app version, and the features available, you may be able to:

  • Manage advertising and consent choices through an in-app privacy-options screen

  • Allow or deny tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS

  • Change tracking permissions through iOS privacy settings

  • Reset or delete your Android advertising identifier

  • Manage advertising personalization through Google or Android settings

  • Purchase the available Remove Ads feature in an ad-supported version

  • Manage app permissions through your device or Mac settings

  • Enable or disable notifications through your device or Mac settings

  • Manage purchases and subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Mac App Store, or Google Play

  • Delete the app to remove locally stored app data

  • Reset app progress if an in-app reset option is available

  • Contact us regarding information you provided directly

The macOS version does not display advertisements, so advertising consent controls and the Remove Ads purchase may not be applicable to the Mac version.

Disabling personalized advertising or denying tracking in the iOS or Android versions does not necessarily prevent advertisements from being displayed. You may instead receive non-personalized, limited, contextual, or technical advertisements.

Some analytics, security, purchase-verification, fraud-prevention, crash-reporting, performance-monitoring, and essential technical processing may continue where permitted because these services help operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain Everyday Arcade.

If you submit a privacy-related request, we may need to verify your identity or authority before completing the request.

Because Everyday Arcade does not require an account and much of the information collected by third-party services is associated with device, computer, installation, or app-instance identifiers rather than your name or email address, we may not be able to identify or retrieve all information associated with a particular user.

11. Notifications

Everyday Arcade may request permission to send notifications on iOS, Android, and macOS.

Notifications may include:

  • Reminders to play the daily game

  • Streak reminders

  • Subscription or entitlement information

  • Feature announcements

  • Important app updates

  • Other gameplay-related messages

Everyday Arcade does not send push notifications unless permission has been granted where required by the applicable platform.

You may enable or disable notifications at any time through your iOS, Android, or macOS notification settings.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information associated with Everyday Arcade.

However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure.

We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

13. International Users

Everyday Arcade may be available to users in multiple countries.

If you use the app outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google, Apple, our service providers, or their subprocessors operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your country or region.

Where required by applicable law, service providers may use approved legal mechanisms for international data transfers.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Everyday Arcade and its website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, advertisements, or services.

Third-party advertisements may appear only in versions of Everyday Arcade that use AdMob. They do not appear in the macOS version.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of third parties.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies and privacy settings of each third-party service you use.

Relevant third-party privacy information includes:

  • Google’s Privacy Policy

  • Google AdMob privacy and advertising documentation

  • Google advertising and privacy controls

  • Firebase privacy and security documentation

  • Google Play privacy information

These third-party policies, services, and documentation are controlled by their respective providers and may be updated independently from this Privacy Policy.
